We are proudly Australian owned and operated with over 30 years combined experience in the shade sail installation and textile fabrication industry.

Elemental shade structures have been operating from our Logan based workshop for over 12 years, installing new structures as well as providing maintenance services and replacement sails to the greater Brisbane region. Over this period we have developed an extensive understanding of design and installation requirements needed for a sustainable shade structure specific to South East Queensland weather conditions. We work closely with industry leading suppliers and consultants to provide shade solutions to suit our ever changing and often volatile climate, in short our shades are built to last we never substitute quality to win a job.

Martin dice– Owner /director – with over 23 years experience in textile fabrication/installation and construction. Martin is polite, tidy, and very approachable with a wealth of knowledge regarding our industry and the many products used within. The quality of his work speaks for itself (take a look at the gallery) combined with a squeaky clean QBCC license you couldn’t ask for a better project manager. All of our installations/textile fabrication projects and staff training are closely monitored by martin to ensure our level of quality control is maintained

Mark west– Owner /director -with 18 years experience in textile fabrication/ installation and construction. Mark is honest (sometimes a little too honest), realistic and easily approachable with a wealth of knowledge regarding our industry and the many products used within. Mark handles the design, quotations, 2D & 3D drafting and general administration. We at elemental shade structures believe it is important to send a TRADESMAN not a salesman to design our structures, Salesmen tend to focus more on the aesthetics of a shade but less on the functionality and most importantly the structural integrity of a proposed design. Don’t get the wrong idea we want your shade to look fantastic just not at the expense of its function or structural integrity.

Here at elemental shades we understand that although our quote and design drawings are quite detailed it can be hard to visualize the completed project from a 2d drawing, Therefore we offer a in-house 3D cad models service for presentations or just piece of mind. We are a QBCC Licensed and fully insured company. It is illegal for any unlicensed shade sail company to undertake any installation works at your home, for your own safety and peace of mind please check QBCC credentials

Work Health and Safety (WHS) are of the upmost importance to the ESS team. We operate under a documented OWHS management plan, Mark West is assigned as our organisations WHS Officer and ensures that each member of our team has been appropriately trained and adheres to all WHS legislation. Each member of our staff has access to all the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) necessary for the successful and safe completion of all sail shade design, manufacturing and installation jobs.
